At 78 years old I was a novice at selling my house. Donna was recommended by a friend I trusted. Donna took her time in explaining the process and encouraging me at every step. She checked in on me on a consistent basis, reassured me that the procedure was time consuming, evaluated my packing process and kept me informed at all times. Donna investigated the buyer's market, researched my home and property, described its uniqueness, had it staged, photographed, videoed, and advertised in its best light. She was logical and honest about the asking price which came in exactly as she had anticipated. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home.

When my husband and I were preparing to sell our home, I read the profiles and reviews of a number of local realtors and Donna Brunell stood out from all the rest. During our first meeting with Donna we felt very comfortable with her and knew we had made the right choice. We were moving out of the area and needed an agent we trusted to handle everything in our absence. Donna toured our home and gave us tips as to what improvements we should and should not make before putting the house on the market. She checked the town records and found that the contractor who installed our central air conditioning had never gotten a permit from the town. She advised us to call the contractor to have the problem rectified. It took several weeks, but the permit was received and the work was approved by the town inspector. Without Donna’s advice, this could have delayed our closing. After speaking with Donna, we agreed on what we felt was a reasonable asking price. Six days after the property was listed we accepted a firm offer for a little more than our asking price and the closing was two months later. Donna kept us informed through meetings, phone calls and texts of all developments throughout the entire process. Whenever we we had a question or concern, she got back to us promptly. We highly recommend Donna Brunell to anyone in need of a realtor. She is professional, personable and has a great sense of humor. It’s obvious that she loves what she’s doing and is willing to help in any way she can.

Donna assisted us in every way in purchasing our Condo she was always responsive when every we needed any assistance. She was friendly attentive knowledgeable about the locality and made the process look easy while going through the mortgage to closing.

Donna is an outstanding agent! She has great communication skills, keeps in touch with her clients and is available whenever a client needs her. Donna pays attention to detail, gives honest feedback, and is always there to give help. Donna has an amazing knowledge of our local market - she understands what clients are looking for and what constitutes a fair and competitive offer. She won't disappoint!

Donna did an outstanding job in finding the right place for me. When we first talked she took the time to listen and emphasize the important things I was looking for. Realistically I was probably asking for too much, but somehow she pulled through, and had found a place matching all my wants. She was always responsive and took as much time as she needed to search or travel around with me as we looked at properties. If you're looking in Orange county or the surrounding areas, I can't recommend anyone more. Thanks again, Donna!
