Buying a home is overwhelming, but having Sandy Spector on my side made the experience easier and much faster. Sandy maintained and ensured all proper paperwork was complete and correct, she made contact with every party involved in the selling and buying process - went beyond in making a closing happen within record time. She was able to find the answers to all my questions. And the most important part was Sandy truly cares and that doesn't come with the job it comes from her being a good person.

Sandy is the most amazing realtor in Orange county. Dealing with her on five different purchases/sales was easy as a breeze. Her selling technique is stellar sold both properties within 2 weeks. I would not use any other agent. She is phenomenal.
