I had a great experience working with Victor as a buyer. From the beginning, he showed a strong understanding of what I was looking for and used his excellent interpersonal skills to guide me through the process. He is friendly, kind, and very patient. As someone whose first language is not English, I really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that was easy for me to understand. He always made sure I had all the information I needed and never hesitated to go the extra mile to help me see the full picture. Victor has a strong passion for his work as a realtor and it shows in every detail. He is very organized and always provided a summary of what to expect next in the buying process. That helped me feel prepared and confident each step of the way. This home purchase involved three different parties, and he made sure we were all on the same page. He treated each of us with care and attention, no matter how busy things got. He was very considerate of my situation and knew that I’m not very comfortable with technology. Instead of expecting me to handle everything online, he offered to meet in person or call when needed. Victor was highly recommended by friends who hired him to sell their homes in the Bay Area. They were very pleased with the outcome. He sold their homes very quickly and for a great price. In August 2022, I contacted Victor concerning a rental property I owned in Visalia. I consulted with him about the pros and cons of selling the property and reinvesting in a rental property in an area closer to where I live. He clearly explained to me all the options available. He was very knowledgeable about the 1031 exchange process. He kindly sent me information about it for me to read on my own, and he was available to answer any questions. I decided to move forward with selling my property in Visalia and avoiding capital gains taxes through the 1031 exchange route. Although Victor primarily works in the Bay Area, he was willing to travel to Visalia to view my property and offer suggestions to prepare it for sale. He recognized that it would be more beneficial to have a local agent assist me with selling the property, and he researched realtors in the area and connected me with a highly experienced and knowledgeable agent who listed my home, secured a buyer within 2 weeks of placing it on the market and sold it for a great price. While Victor wasn't the listing agent, he supported me throughout the process. Since the 1031 exchange process is time sensitive, he quickly located properties in the Sacramento area (my desired purchase area) and drove to the Sacramento area to show me the homes. When I placed an offer on a property, I appreciated his sound advise to have home inspections done on the property. It turned out the home had significant termite issues, the roof was in poor condition as well as many other issues. I cancelled the contract and was relieved that I did not get stuck with a property requiring extensive repairs. He quickly located several more homes for me to view in the Sacramento area and we took another trip to Sacramento. With Victor's assistance, I placed an offer on a beautiful home in Roseville. Victor is an excellent negotiator. The seller accepted the offer and agreed to complete some urgent repairs that were identified in the home inspection/termite inspection of the home. The home closed escrow within a few weeks. The entire process went very smoothly. I greatly appreciate Victor's knowledge, wisdom, honesty, ethics, and negotiation skills. What could have been a very difficult and stressful process was very easy and smooth. Throughout the process, Victor was never pushy and he was always available. He responded quickly to phone calls, text messages and emails. If you have plans to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend Victor.
