Good Day. Friendly, Energetic, Driven, Disciplined, Knowledgeable, Extremely helpful are just a few words I could use to describe my experience working with Ms. Hittinger. From the first day I called [Early on a saturday of a holiday weekend!] she has gone Above, Beyond and even farther to get the best deal and the best terms for all parties. She embodies the phrase 'professional realty match-matchmaker'. Although I am new/rusty in real-estate terms and processes I can say in meeting Ms. Hittinger that she is destined for success with or without 'our' help. In my opinion Ms. Hittinger is a valued member of the Armour Realty Family and should be treated/compensated as such.! The connections, her experience and most of all her patience with myself and all involved parties has been invaluable to me in this process. Truly all of the success of my deal can be attributed to her pushing us all to each milestone and confirming each step. She deserves the title " dream maker" in my humble opinion. Velinda, understands each client is different & unique and was assuring & confident in handling my particular set of needs. My life was upside down as I looked for a new home and I felt safe expressing any concerns & ideas regarding my future home with Velinda. She is always on top of her work, never late, easy to communicate with and is NOT here to make a sale but is here to serve her clients. 10/10 I would use her hands down.

She listened to the details of what I wanted, and when the property was found she kept me focused and on track! She is knowledgeable about her field and the local area. She had plenty of resources to help get everything that needs to be done in a Very short amount of time! She was great and I would happily refer my best friend to her!
