Tiffany is the BEST!!! From start to finish Tiffany Welch guided us through the incredibly daunting task of buying a house for the first time. I had no idea what I was doing and she helped me every step of the way with a smile. We LOVE her! I know everyone says that people go “above and beyond” but Tiffany gives new meaning to the phrase. Anytime I had a question, she was two steps ahead anticipating hiccups and finding solutions before I could even ask. I can honestly say that I don’t know if we could have even closed without her help. It takes a very skilled, and caring person to track down all the information that Tiffany was able to get for us and to put our minds at ease during one of the most stressful times I’ve ever experienced. I can’t even do justice in describing just how grateful we are, and the positive impact that she has had on our home buying experience. I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone buying a house, but especially to those who are so new to the process that they don’t even know where to begin.

Our experience with Vanessa from start to finish was fantastic. She was a great partner and we would absolutely work with her again. She helped us sell our home and buy our new build where we also worked with her husband as our builder. They are a great team and would highly recommend working with them.
