From the beginning of selling our house to helping close on the house we purchased Terra was always available and helpful. Terra helped us understand the process of selling a house had photo session and appraisals set up quickly. Always quick to send paper work needed for signatures. Worked with us to schedule viewing of our house thru Covid When my wife and I decided to look for our new house Terra understood what our requirements were and was very patient with us as we viewed the listings she found. She also helped us understand the different ways offers could be made and provided us with all the appropriate paper work and contracts to make the offers. Terra made a difficult process easier by her knowledge and experience.
