Terra was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process! As first time homebuyers, the process was slightly overwhelming at times, and Terra always did a great job of pushing us in the right direction to make sure we had everything done right on time. She is very personable and connected with us about other things going on in life. Terra found us great homes to look at and was always flexible and available to go do showings quickly for us. Her negotiation knowledge helped us when we did find the right house and made sure we got the very best deal and price, with a few bonuses! My wife and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Terra and anyone would be lucky to work with her!

Terra met with us to discuss the current real estate market. She gave us advice on the showing and how to stage our house. Terra was great guiding us through the offers and choosing the best "offer to purchase" for us. She is very knowledgeable, kept us updated on the entire process, from signing the contract to closing. Terra has assisted us before and we highly recommend her.

I both bought and sold this property through Terra. Upon listing I got two offers within two days and both were above asking price. More importantly, she correctly predicted and negotiated a closing within four weeks. nicely done.
