This homebuying experience was pretty seamless. Judah was prompt and knowledgeable. We were able to check out a number of homes in a short amount of time until we'd visited one that I was interested in making an offer on. He'd had recommendations as far as a reputable mortgage loan officer and the connection there was certainly helpful. Portions of this process were made simpler as a result of his insight and willingness and availability to answer questions related to things like closing costs, inspection, and timelines. I would certainly recommend him.

Judah did a excellent job at answering my questions and explaining everything I was new to buying a house and he made it easy he always answered or got back to me in a timely manner he was definitely the best part of getting my house

Natalya was incredibly professional the entire time we worked with her. We felt no pressure to make any decisions, but rather informed the entire way through. We asked sooo many questions and she and her team happily answered them promptly and with enthusiasm. Purchasing a home can be stressful, but Natalya and her team made it fun. We put an offer on a house that had multiple other offers. Natalya helped us navigate the negotiation process perfectly and was able to secure the house for us at a price we were comfortable with. Total of a 9 month journey and Natalya has been nothing but phenomenal. She is an absolute go go go kind of person and available almost any hour of the day which made her an extremely great, and reliable asset throughout the process. Her negotiation skills are also no joke, getting multiple thousands or dollars off the closing costs while also squeezing in home inspection concerns like water filtration and roofing! Wouldn’t have wanted to do the process with anyone else.
