Judah was a great communicator. He kept us posted on activities as they came up. He got answers for us in a timely manner when we had requests or questions. We were buying from another state and appreciated his expertise and knowledge. We found him to be very trustworthy. He also made referrals to help make the process seamless. Highly recommend Judah.

Jonathan was a wide choice for me. I was faced with a difficult time and found myself looking to buy my first home alone in Prescott Valley area. This man guided me through the process and did so very effectively. I had this man do virtual walk through and I even asked him about any odors in any of the houses I was interested in. He just did an outstanding job and I do believe he was worth the “realtor fee” You won’t go wrong with Jonathan Hart!

This homebuying experience was pretty seamless. Judah was prompt and knowledgeable. We were able to check out a number of homes in a short amount of time until we'd visited one that I was interested in making an offer on. He'd had recommendations as far as a reputable mortgage loan officer and the connection there was certainly helpful. Portions of this process were made simpler as a result of his insight and willingness and availability to answer questions related to things like closing costs, inspection, and timelines. I would certainly recommend him.

Judah did a excellent job at answering my questions and explaining everything I was new to buying a house and he made it easy he always answered or got back to me in a timely manner he was definitely the best part of getting my house

Natalya was incredibly professional the entire time we worked with her. We felt no pressure to make any decisions, but rather informed the entire way through. We asked sooo many questions and she and her team happily answered them promptly and with enthusiasm. Purchasing a home can be stressful, but Natalya and her team made it fun. We put an offer on a house that had multiple other offers. Natalya helped us navigate the negotiation process perfectly and was able to secure the house for us at a price we were comfortable with.
