Natalya was incredibly professional the entire time we worked with her. We felt no pressure to make any decisions, but rather informed the entire way through. We asked sooo many questions and she and her team happily answered them promptly and with enthusiasm. Purchasing a home can be stressful, but Natalya and her team made it fun. Total of a 9 month journey and Natalya has been nothing but phenomenal. She is an absolute go go go kind of person and available almost any hour of the day which made her an extremely great, and reliable asset throughout the process. Her negotiation skills are also no joke, getting multiple thousands or dollars off the closing costs while also squeezing in home inspection concerns like water filtration and roofing! Wouldn’t have wanted to do the process with anyone else.
