Warning to all homebuyers. YOU ARE PUTTING YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY AT RISK BY WORKING WITH TYLER ANTRICAN. I worked with Tyler on purchasing a property for myself and my family. Upfront Tyler was very kind and courteous… but when it comes to North Carolina real-estate… Tyler is an amateur and will mislead his clients to secure a deal. Without hesitation, I can say that Tyler will put the needs of himself before the needs of his clients. He never negotiated in my family’s best interest, and he also wildly misled our family when it came to the North Carolina Due Diligence process. When the Due Diligence period finally arrived, Tyler did not have any contacts for industry professionals. He promised to secure inspections and get quotes from contractors that never came and put our family in a very compromising position with the seller during the negotiations. In the end, me and my family wasted our due diligence money due to Tyler. He also made a written agreement with us to reimburse our family a piece of the due diligence money, which he never did and I am currently fighting him in court to get this money. After our family lost all that money Tyler never even had the integrity to call us an apologize. He just stopped returning our phone calls and emails. Consider yourself warned with this agent…
