Tricia knew exactly what to do to get us the best price in the shortest time and with the least hassle. She was prompt in listing our property, always available when there were complications, and gave good advice for handling them. We had issues with the refrigerator and getting repair work done, after closing and after we had left the area, and she helped us with that. There was also an issue with the sewer that she helped us handle in the most expeditious manner. Thanks, Tricia!

Tricia was instrumental and helping us purchase a home that we had watched for years, since before the Great Recession and the resulting housing market collapse. The house eventually fell into a distressed situation, and that is where Tricia's knowledge and expertise was critical as she guided us through the foreclosure process and eventual sale by bank.
