This was my second time purchasing a home through Jason, whom is now someone I consider a good friend. He is incredibly knowledgable and professional, and truly keeps YOUR best interests in mind throughout the entire process of both buying and selling a home. Throughout both purchases, I felt safe trusting and confiding in him. At no point did I ever feel misrepresented or misunderstood. He truly loves what he does and provides endless individual attention to each of his customers. He provided invaluable advice on each home my wife and I toured, and even steered us away from a few that seemed to be poor investments - protecting us from making a potentially regrettable costly decision. I would give Ian 10 stars if I could. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, always taking the time to explain details and answer my questions thoroughly.
