If we could give Tricia six stars, we would. She is hands down the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. There are plenty of agents who “get the job done.” Tricia goes far beyond that. She redefines what a realtor should be—professional, strategic, efficient, and genuinely invested in her clients. She made our home shine with exceptional photography and video, ensuring it stood out from the start. But what truly impressed us was her commitment: she personally attended every showing. She was always available to answer buyers’ questions on the spot and thoughtfully managed the process so we could quickly return to our routine as busy professionals working from home. Her communication was flawless. She always seemed to know exactly when we needed an update and kept us informed every step of the way. We can’t recommend Tricia highly enough. We may have moved out of state, but we gained a realtor—and a friend—for life.

Tricia has sold two homes for us and helped us purchase 2 homes. Both sold were over asking with multiple offers. The entire process has always been as smooth as they could be. She gives expert advice and acts as a friend but when negotiations start she gets serious! It's not something you get from a realtor very often!

I met Tricia years ago when she helped my friend with the sale of her home. I knew then that if I was ever in the market to sell, she would be my realtor. When that time came, I called her and was so happy I did! Our circumstances were complex involving a cross country move/escrow, joint ownership involving two different trusts, major repairs, difficult buyers, and a very slow market. I HIGHLY recommend Tricia. She is truly the best!!
