I cannot recommend Cherrie enough! I found her through Yelp when I decided I wanted to sell my home and she reached out very quickly after I contacted her. From the first day, Cherrie was working nonstop to get my home sold, such as running tailored social media ads, creating detailed reports, hiring a cleaning crew to clean my house, professionally staging my home, and taking the time to answer all my questions. Cherrie also made me feel like that she really valued me as a client. What I loved about working with Cherrie is that she is honest and realistic when answering my questions and I really appreciated that. On top of that, it has been a really difficult market in my neighborhood but she sold my house in under a month. I am so grateful for her and her expertise and when I need to buy or sell another home again, I’d go with her in a heartbeat.
