Alec and his team have an excellent understanding of the real estate market. They are experts in the Santa Clarita valley and are amongst the most knowledgable people I've come across in the past few years. Neal provided me and my friend with expert advise on how to group and buy together and also gave a feel of what sellers are looking for. They handled a tough negotiation for us and got us our dream home in Valencia. Alec's team is always available for help and assists with virtually everything - from showing the home to also picking of handymen, contractors, inspectors etc to make sure the whole process is as smooth as possible. Jenn was the best realtor that I have ever had! She had and still has been helping me the past few months. Her hard work helped us (me and Matthew) to find our dream home and sell our home, and we couldn’t be more grateful or excited about this milestone. Neil Weichel and his team were awesome to work with. I would highly recommend them if looking for the best realtor in Santa Clarita, and actually any location due to their experience, knowledge, and professionalism……. and most important, their patience and understanding assisting efficiently in the entire process of selling my home. They advised me each step along the way and sold my home at the right time with the right buyers.
