My wife & I have worked with Kathy for a number of years on both our primary residence’s as well as investment properties. Each transaction was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Collin was helpful and professional every step of the way during the successful sale of our home. He took great care of us and our home. Collin understands the market well. He helped us make our home look it's best and kept in close touch the entire time. Collin was patient in answering every question and addressing any concern. Collin was great listener and took the time to understand and work with the our specific situation. His team did a fabulous video for marketing and made the paper processes quick and easy.
