Mike did an outstanding job selling my home in Valencia, as well as assisting me in purchasing my new condo, in Oxnard. He responded to my calls & questions in an extremely timely manner. I felt like I had a friend that had my back when it came to any of my concerns. He continues to reach out to me & answers any questions that I might have. Mike went above and beyond my expectations when selling my house. In addition to clear guidance on preparation from me he was able to provide resources and even personal assistance on the various tasks needed to be ready to sell. The speed and responsiveness from start to close was outstanding. If I need anyone for buying or selling, he's my first call and would recommend the same to anyone.

Mike is a well known and respected realtor in the Santa Clarita Valley. The house he helped me sell was a single family rental home located in the Valencia Summit neighborhood in Santa Clarita. I have always been keenly aware of economic and market circumstances and I knew that NOW was the time to sell the property. The house was in the middle of a one year lease which created the need to negotiate with the tenant to vacate the property before the end of the lease term. Mike was instrumental in this process which culminated in the tenants finding a suitable home a few blocks away. The house needed a few upgrades before it could be listed (new carpets, paint, landscape touches and sprinkler maintenance to name a few). He helped me navigate these issues every step of the way. Shortly after the house was ready, Mike along with one of his colleagues delivered a well qualified buyer. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Mike Hrezo!!

We listed our rental house with Joe. The entire sale process from the time of listing to escrow closing was completed within 40 days. Joe set up an open house immediately after listing. Within two days we had more than 12 offers. Joe helped us evaluate each offer. After countering and negotiating we quickly finalized the sale. During the entire process Joe continually contacted us and kept us completely up to date on the escrow process. We highly recommend Joe.
