Mike is the ultimate professional. He is honest and caring. He was referred by our son and daughter in law who bought a condo with him, and they were referred by my daughter in law’s mother who Mike helped purchase a home years ago. His extensive experience and knowledge of real estate served to guide us through the difficult process of submitting an offer and getting it accepted in the crowded LA marketplace. Once the offer was accepted, he went above and beyond to help us get settled. He referred us to multiple reliable contractors and other professionals who helped us make our house a home.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike. I found myself unexpectedly selling a property in CA while I was on the other side of the country. Not only did he manage all of the "speed bumps" (which were many) smoothly, but he went above and beyond in helping arrange for clearing out the property and handling a variety of other issues that arose during the sale--all with a calm confidence and a warm smile. I would absolutely recommend him

Mike did an outstanding job selling my home in Valencia, as well as assisting me in purchasing my new condo, in Oxnard. He responded to my calls & questions in an extremely timely manner. I felt like I had a friend that had my back when it came to any of my concerns. He continues to reach out to me & answers any questions that I might have. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling their home.
