We truly cannot say enough about Penny and our experience buying a home with her. She is thoughtful, kind, open, honest, communicative, professional supportive, amongst so many other things. We worked with Penny when we purchased our first home in 2020 and built such a positive relationship, fast forward 4 years and 1 baby later, she was right back helping us again. My favorite thing about Penny, and one that meant the most to us, is the fact that Penny was there and responsive every minute of every day. If we had a question, or a concern, or even just a thought, Penny was right there. The relationship with her is so natural that it never felt like we were bothering each other. That type of reliability and trust is so important when it comes to such a stressful and big decision and we are so grateful to have found that with her. Outside of just the amazing bond, Penny's local knowledge of the South Bay is so good. Penny is also very professional, we had some challenges with our counterparts during the purchase but Penny held ground and understood that maintaining a good relationship with them would go a long way, and boy was she right. Outside of just the legal/technical knowledge in real estate, Penny also understood the relationship and people side of it, which in my opinion is just as important, if not more important. Penny will be lifelong for us and we are so grateful for her.

The moment we were in Mike's hands was a total sense of relief and calm. Mike's ability to listen and truly help our family filter out our needs was nothing short of incredible. He truly cares about what is best for your family and for the community. He takes a vested interest in the whole, and his vision helps to you see and work through the process in a positive way. If you are looking to have a guide and a partner then you must work with Mike.

Mike was amazing to work with! We were so lucky that the first open house we went to when we started our search happened to be a listing of his and ended up talking to him about what we were looking for. This was our first home purchase and the whole process was a little intimidating to us originally but Mike helped us through every step of the way while (most importantly) not being pushy/salesy at all. He was more than willing to answer our many questions during each stage of the process and was always available to talk through something or book a viewing for us. We could not be happier that we were able to work with such a great person who made sure that he was not just a real estate professional but a true partner in our search.

We just closed escrow on a home in Mission Viejo with Karina Castillo. I can't say enough great things about working with her! We had to do the transaction remotely, and she was always willing to do whatever it took for us to make it happen. From the first video tour of the house, to scheduling inspections and managing all parties to close escrow, to all the work to get the home fixed and prepped to be move-in ready in a really tight turnaround, she did whatever was needed efficiently and promptly. I've liked every real estate agent I've worked with in the 5 homes we've purchased in life. But what Karina did for us was next level. I'm in awe and would work with her again in a heart-beat. Which we're doing with the sale of our existing home!

I am SO GLAD we found Penny!!! Prior to meeting her, we had been meeting buyer's agents at open houses, but had never really "clicked" with anyone. Everyone else was either bored and hands-off, or too sales-y. That changed once we met Penny. She really absorbed what we were looking for, even when it felt like it wasn't going to be possible. She was helpful but never, ever pushy - reaching out when she had something she thought we'd like, giving her honest opinions on homes, and being the perfect balance of patient but responsive. When we were finally ready to put in our first offer, she was exceptionally helpful in talking us through the process, and collaborated with us to structure an offer that was finally accepted without having to compromise on price or contingencies. We are so so grateful for her knowledge, help, and support throughout the entire process and would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a home, especially first-time buyers like us who need some hand-holding.
