Working with Todd to sell our home was a great experience. He was very approachable and always just a phone call away whenever we had questions - and there were many! What really set him apart was his ability to keep things light with his great sense of humor, which made what could have been a very stressful process much more manageable. It was so nice and easy working with Todd Heilesen, a patient guy and good listener , he understood our needs when we started and not been pushy, very helpful from beginning to the end, gave honest assessments and opinions when asked, very responsive to messages and helped immensely with inspection and the process when buying our new home, we are so glad to work with Todd and will recommend him to anyone who needs an honest realtor which is rare to come by. We worked with Todd regarding the sale of a property in Phoenix recently and he provided service above and beyond expectations. We needed help with some repairs of the property and he was able to direct us to some amazing workers that took care of the issues quickly and well. We were also not available to be at the property and he would go over personally and take care of little things such as collecting mail, even pulled a few weeds to keep the property looking great! Todd was also responsive 24/7 with questions and guidance. He never pressured us to take a deal and when offers came in, he answered questions for us quickly. We cannot say enough great things about our experience working with Todd. If you are planning on selling or buying real estate, working with Todd will help make the process so much easier.
