I worked with Juan and the Grimaldo group on two occasions. To buy a house in Surprise and when we got orders to sell our home he helped us buy. After our first experience with them it wasn’t even a thought on who we would trust to sell our home and get us the best price available. Juan and the Grimaldo group took care of everything and were available any time of the day to answer a question and if they didn’t have the answer right then and there it was a quick turnaround time with the answer. I would fully trust them and continue to recommend them to everyone I know. If I ever return to Arizona to buy another property there will be no hesitation on who I call and entrust with my business.

Juan and Claudia were amazing to work with while purchasing our first home. They were always available for any questions, negotiated and were able to help us get everything we wanted/needed. They communicated with us often and thoroughly. Theu were very professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
