Working with Carolyn was extremely easy. She understood the market and we sold our property quickly. Since we did not live in Arizona where the property was she went out of her way to make the sale happen. We would totally recommend Carolyn if you are considering sell your property.

Carolyn assisted us in selling our manufactured home on 1.25 acres in Surprise as well as purchasing a home in Sun City West. These are totally different types of property but Carolyn had a great deal of knowledge and experience that expedited the process on both buying and selling. She responded very promptly to any questions or concerns we had. If she didn't know the answer right away for a particular situation, she researched it and presented the options to us. We had a few unexpected situations that arose which normally would have made me crazy, but Carolyn's confidence in solving the problems made it a much less stressful experience. Carolyn is very personable and we enjoyed our experience with her. Without reservation we would recommend to anyone to employ her services.

Landon was very helpful. Ultimately, we achieved what we set out to do. He always responded in a timely manner to any of my ridiculous questions.
