When we met Todd, he had recently opened his office on Fort Stockton, in Mission Hills. We were impressed with the Compass real estate brokerage concept and numerous programs that were designed to help sellers. Todd impressed us because we felt that he believed in our home; and, he was willing to "push the envelope" regarding the listing price. His marketing strategy was superior to many others we have seen. His pictures, video/drone views and TV segments were very professional and truly showcased the house. Todd was an adept negotiator and was willing to take the necessary steps to insure that both the buyers and seller were happy with the final purchase price. We would highly recommend Todd Armstrong to anyone who is either buying or selling high end homes in Mission Hills.

Todd is courteous and responsive. Very experienced, especially in high end real estate. Helped in all aspects of apartment staging, sale, minor repairs, and move out. No drama. Would definitely engage him again.

We have bought and sold over ten homes over the years and Todd is by far the best agent we have ever worked with! We met Todd several years ago when we were toying with the idea of downsizing. Todd was patient with us over the years. He would occasionally send us information about properties we might be interested in and cultivated a relationship with us. When we were ready to downsize he was amazingly creative with ways to market our home. He works with an excellent group of professionals in a variety of fields he referred us to for everything we needed. We sold our home in less than a week for more than we expected! Todd then worked to help us find and purchase our dream home. The result was the most pleasant selling and buying experience we have ever had. We can most highly recommend Todd and his winning team to anyone buying or selling a home

Todd and his people are awesome!! They put up with delay after delay (on my part, not theirs) and after listing my home had it sold with multiple offers in one week! I can recommend him whole heartedly!
