I was referred to Bobby Martins and Move Up Homes by my lender. Bobby and team quickly went into action to help me find a great property. Bobby, Tricia and Tyler all helped me. They always worked around my schedule to make sure I could get into the properties quickly. Once we found the right property, Bobby went into action and negotiated a tremendous deal. We were able to get closing cost paid, commissions as well, and saved a bunch off of the listing price. They are not just looking to make a quick buck. They truly had my back and for that I'm very grateful and would highly recommend their service services to anyone looking to buy yourself throughout San Diego County.

This was our second time working with Jason. After 5 wonderful years in San Diego, we decided to make the move back to Chicago to be closer to family. We already had a wonderful trusting relationship with Jason who has helped us sell and buy in San Diego in the past. We wanted to work with Jason again given his expertise in the business and his ability to meet tight timelines. We value Jason's insight into the real-estate market and he always proposes the best strategies for success. I can't recommend Tyler enough! As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the process, but he made everything so smooth and stress-free. We initially went into escrow on one property, but the home inspection revealed too many issues. Tyler didn’t miss a beat—walked me through every step, helped me back out safely, and immediately started looking for better options. We ended up finding an even better home that checked all my boxes. Tyler helped write a strong offer, negotiated on my behalf, and we even closed a day early, 29 days later. Working with Tyler was an outstanding experience. We were in the market for an investment property, and within just a couple of weeks, he helped us find the perfect fit. He negotiated our offer and got it accepted $25,000 below asking price, and when a few challenges came up during escrow, Tyler stepped in and secured an additional $12,500 from the seller to help with closing costs. Throughout the entire process, his communication was timely, clear, and consistent. He also introduced us to a reliable contractor to assist with the interior remodel—another example of how he goes above and beyond for his clients. This review is definitely overdue but better late than never! My girlfriend and I purchased a home back in Dec 2024 and had a fantastic experience with the Move Up team. Our agent Rachel from Bobby's team was with us every step of the way as we navigated the long-winded home search process and then the stressful homebuying process. She was very communicative, flexible, and worked around our schedules. She listened and understood our must-haves, nice-to-haves, and don't-wants and helped us successfully find our perfect home. Our situation ended up being pretty unique in that we were going back and forth with the seller on potential credit or price reduction, and everything worked out fairly and in the best interest of both parties--the sellers and us as the buyers.
