My husband and I were not “officially” on the market to buy or sell. We had met Jason in 2021 after a moveup san diego event to talk about the market and had kept in touch throughout the years. Jason kept us educated about the market over the years when finally we decided that if it was the right house that came on the market, we would make the move with our newborn. On christmas eve, the house we fell in love with accepted our offer. Yes- Jason helped put together a compelling contract for us on Christmas eve and gave us a christmas gift with the news that we were officially under contract. Not only was Jason super helpful in providing insight on key details for what to look in a place, he also was able to GET THINGS DONE. We got an exceptional sellers credit towards closing cost and an amazing interest rate thru UAMC (Craig O’Niel) whom Jason connected us with. Jason also helped us sell our condo after one open house- at over asking price! One thing we learned thru this process is- pick an agent who has knowledge, connections, and passion. Jason was super dedicated and got things done. His connection is the real estate market and knowledge about the market is VALUABLE. 15 out of 10 recommend.
