Tina was absolutely wonderful when we were looking for our "downsizing" home. She had the patience of a saint, and was very keyed in to what we were looking for. It took a while, but she found us an absolutely perfect home. We've been there for almost ten years and have enjoyed every minute. Highly recommended.

Tina is the best! I have bought and sold many homes and Tina is by far the most effective realtor I have every used (both on the buy side and the sell side). Tina genuinely cared for the sale of my recent home - she began marketing my house 2 weeks prior to the open house, guided me on how to stage my house and made herself available for all my calls and questions. The day of my open house I had over 100 people show up and stand in the pouring rain while waiting to view my house. I had 16-offers - ALL OVER ASKING PRICE. Tina then spent time with me to review each offer as she guided me through why the highest offer wasn’t necessarily the best. Counter Offer was accepted and we moved to inspection and closing without a hiccup. If you are looking to buy or sell a home - I would give Tina a call.

Tina was really responsive, knowledgeble, and involved during the whole process of buying our place. She gave us tips and insights that made it possible for us. I am so glad to write this review for Tina. She deserves all the praises and more! I recently had the opportunity to work with Tina to buy my first home and I feel so lucky to have met her. Tina is a brilliant realtor and also an extremely kind person. She is so smart, knowledgable, professional and exactly knows what she is doing. Tina gives more than a 100% and goes above and beyond every single time. She not only guided me through the entire process but also always had my back. She exactly knew what I was looking for and the kind of home I wanted. I put in offers on two homes and BOTH were accepted! How ofter do you hear that?! It just shows how amazing she is. She is someone who truly cares and has your best interests at heart. The entire process was pretty much stress-free for me because she handled all the stressful situations at her end with the seller/seller's agent and other parties. She is simply the BEST and definitely my favorite realtor! Tina - Thank you so much for helping me make my dream come true. All your hard work and dedication is truly appreciated!
