    I was buying from out of state and had to rely on Chanell for almost everything — she was amazing! Super fast, always kept me updated, and really understanding the whole way through. She made the process so much less stressful. I definitely got lucky finding her and highly recommend working with her!

    Chanell was super responsive/attentive. I felt Like her only client while she juggled multiple-no doubt making her other clients feel the same. She got be 30k over asking for my home and showed me a dozen homes in the span of 2 days before finding our forever home just under budget!

    I don’t even know where to begin! Elise is the woman you want in your corner closing your largest asset! I gave her an impossible task with a cash only sale. She jumped through hoops, took all my calls, texts and had to talk me down out of my anxiety. To trust her when i felt this wasn’t going to work. She has resources when other agents only say they do. She works extremely hard, negotiates to get the deal done. She is WORTH it!

    Our appointment with Ms. Stanhope was mysteriously canceled with <24 hours notice. We already had a hotel booked in the area, couldn't cancel it without losing the $$ and decided to make the trip regardless and see what we could see, peering in through the windows from the porch & back deck. Then to add insult to injury, after an 8-hour drive home Sunday, we received an invitation to do a "virtual tour" with Angelica. We quickly replied "no thank you." Within an hour, we received an e-mail thank you from Zillow-- for the virual tour we never did. Presumably she had tricked Zillow into believing she had fulfilled her commitment to us. Totally nuts! Now I understand why she has all of 1 sale over the past 12 months. But why then does she appear in practically 95% of the Rochester-area homes listed on Zillow? Someone at HQ needs to fix this ASAP.
