I had an excellent experience speaking with the seller's agent about a multi-unit building I am interested in purchasing. Mindy was very friendly and continued helping me after I backed out of the first walk through by telling me she was there when and if I needed her. I then decided then to buy. We did a walk though and noted issues I had questions about. When I asked questions, she responded quickly. The process including closing went very quick. I will definitely refer the to friends.

First had her when I was buying a house, always showed up to look. Then again when selling my house. Responsive and warm, great to work with. Gave suggestions for staging company and lawyers that were also both gave quick responses and did great work. Very reliable. Smooth sale!
