My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Harlan! I purchased a house fall 2024 and recently sold a house January 2025. These are my third and fourth transactions with Harland. Chew as the buyer chew as the seller He's an asset in all aspects, especially transactions regarding Irondequoit properties. Feel confident in your next transaction and enjoy the process. He's there for you when you need him. And is very good at explaining the latest technology involved in purchasing and selling a home. Harlan is amazing to work with. My family worked with Harlan for well over a year, actively looking for a home and placing offers. Harlan and his team are great to work with, answering questions, working quickly in todays markets, and communicating progress and expectations along the way. He is patient and we appreciated discussing options with him on many occasions during our search. Harlan has a depth of knowledge unlike many other realtors. In the current real estate environment we are in, without inspections typically, his feedback and experiences were so valuable and appreciated!
