So thankful we were referred to the friend team. We had been house hunting for months. We switched realtors and used the friend team and within 4 weeks had an accepted offer on our dream home and sold our starter home. The process was smooth, closings lined up perfect. We got well over asking for our home and were able to put that towards the new house. They also helped negotiate a 2 week rent back so we could take our time moving with 3 kiddos. They were in communication every step of the way leading to the close! Thank you all so much

Abbey and The Friend Team did a great job. I don't know how my sister & I could have gotten through cleaning out, then selling our parents' home, while living out-of-state, without her help. She had resources and good advice to help us with every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about all the help she and her team gave us.

I did not know what to expect using the zillow app and a random agent but Allison was amazing. I requested a showing through the app and Allison called me right away even though it was late Sunday afternoon. She was able to schedule 2 showings early Monday morning before I had to drive 1000 miles back home. We ended up making an offer and Allison along with her team were all great in making the process of buying very easy. She kept in constant contact with myself and the sellers all the way to closing. She was knowledgeable in the VA loan process and worked great with our lender. We used the attorney She recommended and was another amazing person. I highly recommend Allison and her entire team. She made buying this house the easiest most stress free one so far out of a few. 10 out of 5 stars

On very short notice Jessica jumped in to help us when our realtor let us down . Found us a great downsizing gem. Jessica had great communication with us from start to finish. The agency had great communication through out the process.closing was smooth and painless. Plan on selling my home through this agency.
