Jordan was excellent throughout the whole process and is likely the main reason we got an offer accepted finally after 33 attempts! She is always very attentive to details, good at negotiating and communicating with all involved parties, and she follows through to the end. Just closed on our new home in town and had to give a HUGE shoutout to our amazing realtor, Laura Helker??! She went above and beyond every step of the way - answering all our (many!) questions, being endlessly patient, connecting us with trusted local pros, and even creating super helpful video tours when we were out of state. Her negotiation skills also saved us big time! Her team at Bespoke Homes was also so helpful with paperwork and making the process smooth. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and truly kind - Laura is ya girl! Highly, highly recommend! ??

Jordan is an absolute delight to work with and is very knowledgeable. Jordan was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during the process of the home review and buying experience. If there was something that wasn't known, Jordan would contact us as soon as she received answers. Working with Jordan was honestly the best part of our home buying journey. Susan did an outstanding job of preparing us to list our home. She took over and as she refers to it, we hit the "easy button". Not only did Susan, Shannon, and their team effectively sell our house for more than we ever imagined, they also were integral in the preparation process. They coordinated, painting, rugs, handyman work, as well as cleaners and the staging of the house. I was hesitant at the cost but it prepared the house correctly to not only field great offers, but also transition to the next family in the best shape possible. While we were both working full time and keeping up with our life, Susan and her team made the process of preparing and selling the house incredibly efficient and easy. Would continue to highly recommend their firm to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
