Ross is the real deal. An incredibly conscientious agent, he walked us through the purchasing process like a good friend would - with patience and support all along the way. He is an expert in the Pittsford market and continuously shares important background and context on life in the Pittsford area. Has a great rolodex of stakeholders in the industry he freely shares.

Buying a home is stressful. Buying your first home without ever seeing it in person, in a town you’ve never been to, in the relatively short time period before your medical residency starts, and doing it all with a little baby at home is really stressful. But Allison Gamel at RE/MAX Plus made the entire process as easy (and fun) as it could be given the circumstances. She’s open, friendly, communicative, and honest, pointing out potential issues with the various houses we looked at... something I particularly appreciated since I couldn’t see the houses in person. She worked her butt off for us, responding to calls, emails, and texts at all hours of the day, all days of the week. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, and when my wife and I eventually go to sell our home and find our next one, we will most certainly be giving Allison Gamel ring.
