Ted showed us an abundant amount of homes in a short period of time since we were just moving to this area from out of state. He knew just what we were looking for. His knowledge of the area and friendly attitude made the journey enjoyable. We found our dream home with a fabulous view. Final arrangements went very smoothly and we have been enjoying our new life here in the Denver area.

Ted went above and beyond working to sell my home through some unusual and trying circumstances, which included negotiating with the buyers through a roofing warranty issue. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely responsive and communicative. He kept me informed every step of the way and always made himself available to answer any questions or concerns I had. His level of dedication and commitment to his clients is truly impressive. I cannot recommend him enough!

Ted did a fantastic job finding the perfect house. He spent time showing and explaining the pros and cons of the different areas of the town we were interested in purchasing a home. When viewing a property, Ted would point out issues that might be problematic and also the ones was that were positive. He was never pushy or try to be in a hurry to get a sale. Once we did place an offer, which he skillfully helped us create, he kept in close contact with with us throughout the process. He was always available to answer any of our questions and if he couldn’t, would get back with us quickly. We have bought and sold many properties and Ted is by far the very best agent we have ever used. We certainly will recommend and use him in the future!
