Michael is such a pleasure to work with. This is the second time I have worked with him and I didn't think he could be better that he was the last time he helped me sell a house and buy a new one. I was wrong. Based on his advise, once the house was listed there were multiple offers and the house was under contract with in 2 days. It ended up selling for $20,000 over the asking price. Michael is very knowledgeable and professional. I will gladly request his help in the future as well as recommend him to others wanting/needing to buy/sell a home.

We have used Michael and team Koz to sell and buy two times over the last fifteen years. Super professional. Quick to respond to email, text or calls. Incredible knowledgeable. Up to date on the market and a great negotiator. He was a lifesaver related to all the stressful items that come up during a home sale and purchase. Highest recommendation.

I feel very fortunate that Michael was my real estate agent. At a time when I didn’t think I could sell my house, it sold in only two days at a competitive price. Michael was patient, professional, and helped me throughout the entire process of selling and buying. I was always confident in Michael’s abilities and trusted his expertise, making the entire process much less stressful. I highly recommend Michael to anyone thinking about or in the process of buying and/or selling.

Michael is by far the best real estate agent Ivy and I could have asked for. We recently relocated from Houston to Denver, and Michael went above and beyond to learn our preferences as well as educate us on the various areas within Denver. We knew nothing about Denver, but Michael was always very honest with us which led me to trust his opinions more than any other real estate agent I have worked with. Never once did Ivy and I feel rushed or persuaded by Michael, which allowed us the time settle on the perfect home. He truly has the buyer’s best interest in mind and won’t settle for less just to close a deal. One thing that really stood out about Michael before I had met him in person, was that he created a driving tour of different areas for my family and I to do leisurely. The tour included multiple houses in the market that were representative of our budget and the style of housing for that area. The tours also included shopping/coffee/dining/parks that were in the area. This was a really neat way that helped us settle on a general area. We had not asked for this driving tour, so I was very impressed that Michael offered it up before we had even met him. If you do not have a realtor yet, Michael is a must! I personally will never use another realtor. Thank you Michael! -The Joneses
