We sold our Green Mountain home of 30 years and then purchased our replacement home and knew there was no better area expert than Tim Wade and his team. Tim and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. It didn’t matter if we were going through the process of selling our home or purchasing, Tim was always bringing valuable insight and clear guidance throughout every step of the process. I can say without hesitation that I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to Buy or Sell a home. Since they are a top real estate agency in the Green Mountain area, I have given referrals to my friends and family if they were looking for reputable realtors. His entire team exceeded all expectations and I am truly grateful for their dedication and hard work!

We had an amazing experience working with Tim and Lisa on the sale and purchase of our new home. There were a couple totally uncontrollable situations that happened with the sale of our home but Tim and Lisa handled it with extreme professionalism and got us back under contract within 2 days, two separate times. Will definitely be going back through Tim and Lisa if we ever decide to move again.

Last week we closed on the sale of a home in Green Mountain. The home belonged to a friend who moved into assisted living. As a trustee for the property it was important that the sale was handled efficiently and effectively. Tim, Lisa, Courtnee, and the rest of the team did an excellent job from start to finish. I could ramble on for paragraphs about everything that was done well. Suffice it to say I don't have a single criticism of their performance. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great team to sell their home.

Great experience working with Tim and his entire team. They made the process so easy. If you have any questions or concerns they will address them promptly. Tim is very caring and understanding and is sensitive to your needs. Tim is so thorough and made the selling and buying so stress free. Best decision we made was using the Wade Team!

Had an amazing experience buying and selling our home with Tim, Lisa, and crew. They helped us so much with putting our house in the market and with our purchase of our new home. They were always there to answer any questions we had (and we had a lot!) and they made our whole process easy and seamless. They were able to sell our home for an amazing price.
