I interviewed four other agents before selecting Tamas Batyi and his team to sell my Redondo Beach condo. I am well pleased with my selection. The clean up, stagers, painting, title and escrow teams all acted professionally, promptly and did great job! Tamas provided much useful information about my property and the market; most importantly he listens and sought my feedback all along the process. Consequently, we jointly adjusted our approach, as necessary. Moreover, Tamas quite adeptly resolved small issues to keep the process moving and proved to be a very good negotiator. Tamas is a total pro! We just closed on a purchase and couldn't be more thrilled. Every question we had, he immediately helped to resolve. His contacts in the area are invaluable from handyman/contractor contacts to tirelessly helping us find insurance which was surprisingly complicated. He didn't let any detail fall between the cracks and followed up immediately. If you're looking to list your property, he clearly takes the time to know all the intricacies (age, work done, HOA rules, etc) and what to do to present the property in it's best light. As a buyers agent, we couldn't have asked for more. He went above and beyond what most agents would do to make sure every step of the process was clear and that all our many questions were answered to our satisfaction. Truly a great experience thanks to Tamas' professionalism.

Tamas did an excellent job by helping me see my property, it would have been impossible to sell without his help. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. I absolutely trust Tamas on buying or selling the house. He has great connections with lenders, inspections, repair contractors, all ar discounted rate. Truly blessed to have him as my agent. I wish Zillow had over 7 star ratings.
