Steve is not only a great real estate agent, but he is a great guy as well. He will keep you informed throughout the process and stay on top of everything for you. I always felt that I was in good hands with Steve and Sherri, which made the process a whole lot less stressful than it can be. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone.

Dedicated, honest, and committed to meeting the client's needs and wants in purchasing and selling! It's been an extreme pleasure and excellent experience both times using Steve's services. Steve went out of his way to make the entire process smooth and as least stress as possible. Would definitely recommend Steve to anyone looking to purchase or sell your home!

Steve and Sherri Stinnett were wonderful to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable of the market in this area. They were personable, patient and helpful. They were responsive to our needs and concerns. We looked for a home over a period of 4 years. When we were ready it was a good experience. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I found Steve through my mortgage broke Brad w/Excel Mortgage Brokers. I cannot say enough words to describe my experience with Steve other than it was OUTSTANDING!!! I had a budget of $300k, and in this housing market, this can prove to be a very difficult buying experience. However, Steve was very responsive to my needs and requests when a new home came on the market. Being a first time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing. Steve helped me with making the best decision on every issue and provided excellent guidance through the whole process. Thanks to Steve, my home shopping experience was short and sweet (anyone who's been buying a home in Colorado can appreciate this)! If you're looking for a realtor, Steve is as good as they come! I hope he's still around when/if I ever buy another home.

Today has been OVERWHELMINGLY exciting!! ?? We closed on our house this morning! This time around with buying a home we decided to go with an amazing, Dave Ramsey ELP Real Estate Agent team, Steve Stinnett and Sherri Stinnett. They were SO incredibly helpful in helping us find a home that fit our budget. I had a hard time accepting that buying a house could be this easy. I kept waiting for the bad news to come, that something was going to stress us out or put a damper on our dreams, but it NEVER came. Buying this home was the most peaceful and happy experience ever, and that is NOT normal!! I credit the amazing people who helped us find this place!
