My husband and I just bought our first home with the help of Andy, and we couldn't be happier! As first time home buyers, we didn't know where to start or what to expect. With Andy's help, an experience that can easily feel overwhelming felt incredibly easy. Andy was extremely responsive and quick to set up tours for the homes we expressed interest in. He helped us get our many questions answered to ensure we felt comfortable before putting in an offer, and he was patient and supportive while we debated which house would be a right fit for us. His knowledge, insights, and advice were invaluable during this process. I would highly recommend working with Andy, especially as a first time home buyer!

Ben and Michelle are exactly who we needed as realtors over the past year. They have decades of experience in Fort Collins and could both make recommendations on neighborhoods that met our Wish List as well as give us information on surrounding areas of any house we saw and liked online. We must have seen 30-40 houses with them and they showed up prepared and excited for each one. Most of all, my wife and I truly believed they are in it to get us the house we would love, and not just rush us through for a sale. Ben & Michelle consistently reminded us to think of our "Must Haves" and "Nice but Can Do Withouts" when we were at showings. They weren't afraid to make sure we were aware of downsides when we got "swept off our feet" by a home without pushing us away. And, most of all... When it came time for inspection negotiations and pressure built, they were honest with their advice on how to handle it. AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY. We couldn't be more happy that we chose Ben & Michelle to find what we hope is the home our young daughter grows up in. And, since we might not be using them again for decades to come, we will tell everyone we know that you're in good hands with the Woodrum Team!
