JARED IS THE REALTOR YOU WANT WORKING FOR YOU! Jared went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family. His knowledge, experience, and connections in the area gave us the winning edge to win the house in the bidding process! Jared goes out of his way to take care of his clients! For example: I was working 700 miles away from home during this process and Jared would work with my schedule and the distance to make sure I could still "look" at properties over video call. Further more, he applied his vast knowledge to guide us with a truly honest approach to the pros and cons of each property we visited. He worked in our best interest and not once did I feel like he viewed us as just a pay day opportunity. Jared is very down to Earth, approachable, and yet very professional. He made it feel like we were his only client through the whole process. He communicates well via text/phone calls/emails and we never felt like he was too busy to respond to us. Especially for a first time home buyer, Jared made our house buying experience a cake walk! He was so helpful through the entire process and his connections in the business are priceless. There was never a time where he didn't answer any of my questions. If he didn't know, he knew exactly who or where to get the answer! Even after we closed on the house he would help with questions and problems we ran into. If I need a realtor again in the future, Jared is who I'm calling without a doubt in my mind! Working with Ben was outstanding. He quickly assessed what we were looking for in a home and helped us find the one that we ended up putting an offer on in no time. When the time came for negotiating with the seller, Ben helped us get a great deal. I'd recommend his team to anyone else I know trying to find a home to buy.

My husband and I decided to look at a condo listed on Zillow. Andy replied to our showing request. We didn't realize then that he would not only become our realtor but also a friend. He took on selling our house plus finding us a new place. Andy always followed up very quickly with a text or phone call anytime we had questions about the buying or selling processing. He was willing to show us many places everytime we asked. We couldn't recommend him more. He is awesome! Thank you Andy for all your hard work and dedication and all you did for us!
