Max Sepulveda with Kittle Real Estate is AMAZING! We had lived in our home for 40 years and were not willing to make the effort to move unless it was a home we truly loved. Max led us on our journey to figure out what we wanted and find the ideal home. His patience never wavered as we became educated about the market, property taxes, metro taxes, and HOA’s. We were not in a hurry. It had to be “right”. After considering over 40 homes, he took us to “our home”. It checked off EVERY box on our list and we closed on it about 6 weeks later. This opened the possibility of our son being able to sell his condo and purchase our original home. So Max gave our son pointers on what to do to prepare and when to list the condo. His advice was “spot on”! Our son did what Max instructed and put his condo on the market. Max immediately had an Open House and within 10 days, the condo was under contract! If it were not for Max’s extensive knowledge and skilled marketing, the condo would not have sold as quickly as it did. At every step in both experiences, Max was kind, positive, and well prepared! Nick was very helpful in pointing out posssible trouble areas in homes we looked at together. He was very knowlegeable in water heaters, roofs, furnaces and AC units, basically any expensive items that we would need to repair or replace. Once we had decided on a house, he was able to help us negotiate a good price reduction based on his knowlege of these kind of repairs. He also provided us with contacts to get things fixed once we purchased the home and followed through by helping us set up the appointments with these contractors. This was cruicial for us since we were purchasing from out of state. He is prompt in his responses to emails and texts and was always available to talk when we had any questions. We highly recommend Nick for anyone looking for an real estate agent.

From start to finish, Nick made the purchase of our new condo very easy. He gave us a bank contact that made the purchase move forward smoothly. He listened when I had concerns about an inspection result and worked with the seller and HOA to resolve the issue. I really appreciated that. Thank you, Nick!

Nick was wonderful to work with! He was professional and very responsive to our questions. When we were ready to make an offer, he got the ball rolling immediately and provided prompt assistance every step of the way. Even though he is relatively new to Colorado, he was very knowledgeable about the area and state-specific laws and requirements. Finally, a few months after we bought our home, my parents were looking to move, and so we referred them to Nick. They were just as happy working with him as we were, and we love our new homes!

Nick was an absolute lifesaver. We had the unusual opportunity of buyers approaching us to sell our home without us even listing it, so we had to find another home FAST. Nick listened to our needs and wants and the first home he showed us was perfect. Nick was patient, kind, and knowledgeable, including helping us out with referring the BEST woodworker for some new projects on our home. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
