I would recommend Yaro to the world if I could, but WA state residents are the only lucky ones! He helped us sell our home and we couldn’t be happier with how he handled things. It wasn’t the easiest negotiation process, but Yaro stayed professional and got the deal done. He’s a great family man driven by his faith, and a wonderful guy to have on your side.

Steve is very friendly, helpful, and cares about his clients. He knows a lot about the market and is able to help you think through important considerations you may not have pondered on your own. He is very experienced and makes his clients feel very comfortable and confident knowing that he is working hard to get them the best situation that he can.

Tim is not afraid to let you know what is wrong with the house and what to expect. He is open with his knowledge and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond for us. I will always recommend him to others.

I would trust Tim Vanstrien with my home buying, my life, and my first child. I sold him my first car two years ago and that was basically the same. If my house was burning down, I trust Tim so much that he would be my next phone call after the fire department. He has the most based combo of charisma and humility. Anyone who is a friend of Tim's is a friend of mine and that goes for everyone at Criterion. They do God's honest real estate work the way the Lord intended and I knew it from our first meeting together when Tim prayed for my husband and I in our home buying endeavors. If an angel descended from heaven and said to me, "Tim Vanstrien is one cool guy," I'd reply, "he sure is, Mr Angel Man, he sure is." No two ways about it. Tim Vanstrien knows real estate inside and out and backwards and forwards and when he talks about it I miraculously don't want to throw up. When I was a wee child I thought the epitome of boring adulthood would culminate in real estate. WRONG! Tim Vanstrien's existence has proven that with a positive enough outlook even the process of searching for a home is no bleak affair. Tim is a wealth of real estate information. He met--nay, exceeded--every possible expectation in the knowledge department, the wisdom department, and the Fun Department. I have recommended Tim to every person in my life including that gal at the grocery store and will continue to recommend him to everyone I meet as per my contractual obligation as Tim's Friend.
