Stephen did an excellent job marketing, staging, and negotiating the sale of our home. He was responsive and has a great team to help. With a variety of issues that came up on our 1920’s home on inspection, he was proactive, strategic, resourceful to help us solve problems and get the sale closed.

Tim was amazing to work with ! We were first time home buyers and he made the experience less stressful and fun. He helped us to realize what we didn’t want in a home and that made it easier to find what we did want. Tim went to the ends of the earth with us (or just the middle of no where) to help us find our perfect home, and we couldn’t be happier !!!!
