I worked with Chris’s associate Marie Maron, who was outstanding to work with. She negotiated some really tricky situations with ease and expertise during our listing, which allowed us to get $15,000 more than asking with no inspection, multiple offers, in one week on the market, and close early to a lovely family. She has a great network of stagers, painters, movers, etc which truly help in selling your home in the easiest way possible. She is very friendly, understanding, and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Marie for helping me and my husband.

Working with Ciaran was the highlight of the homebuying process, and I don't say that lightly. He embodies the very essence of an agent in a way that's honestly quite impressive. After my first round of tours with him, he very quickly understood what I was looking for. All properties suggested for subsequent tours were compelling and met the criteria I had shared. He developed such an understanding of what I wanted that I'm fully convinced he could buy me another house without my intervention and I would be pleased with it. Here are some other reasons you might enjoy working with him as I did: - He is punctual, that's always a good sign. He showed up ahead of schedule to every appointment, never kept me waiting, and always sent documents/correspondence when he said he would. He was on top of things. - He's principled: straight as an arrow and his word is as good as gold. I recall a few occasions when I made observations or posed questions pertaining to some aspect of the home-buying journey and he remarked, "I'm pretty sure that's illegal" or something along those lines. Comments like that instill confidence that he's unwilling to blur the lines, this is especially important in the shady realm of real estate. - He's an excellent communicator. Purchasing a home is especially daunting if it's your first time (like me). Ciaran did an amazing job keeping me informed every step of the way. His guidance made the ordeal much more approachable. His ability to break down a range of niche concepts -- contingencies, disclosures, and what have you -- is a testament to the depth of his knowledge/expertise. - He's strategic. From simple things like establishing a good rapport with the other party (listing agent in this case) to more complicated things like weighing factors to determine a compelling offer or negotiating down the asking price, he's got you covered. There are a myriad of other positives I could highlight but the most important of them all is that he delivered. Doesn't matter how timely, honest, or calculated you are, it all amounts to nothing without results. Purchasing my first home is a huge outcome for me and Ciaran was instrumental through it all. Grateful for the experience, the first of many I hope.

Marie was super easy to work with! She was very knowledgeable of the market it in the area. She communicated really well throughout the whole process. She was super friendly and always willing to answer our questions.

Someone clicked on a Zillow link and asked Ciaran to show them my house. He put together a deal with paltry earnest and many red flags associated with his buyers. My seller's agent was too naive to notice. On the date of close the bank would not transfer funds due to suspicious activity. Ciaran and his team did nothing to remediate the situation. We gave his buyers 6 weeks of extensions and he still couldn't close the deal. He his not a seasoned real estate professional. Plenty of other fish in the sea that are willing to help you for the same commission structure. Stay away.
