As first-time land buyers, we went into this process with a lot of questions and uncertainty, and Romie Maya was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We had to complete the entire process with time and distance differences, and Romie made it feel seamless. He built great rapport with us from day one, was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step so we never felt rushed or pressured. Romie genuinely cared about making sure we understood what we were buying and that it was the right decision for us. On top of that, he is an absolute beast at negotiations — he advocated hard for us and helped secure terms we wouldn’t have been able to get on our own. If you’re a first-time buyer (especially buying land) and need someone who can handle remote transactions while building trust and confidence, Romie is the realtor you want. We couldn’t have done this without him and are beyond grateful for him and his support.

Romie was awesome! It was my wife and I's first time buying a house, and Romie was incredibly helpful and supportive through the entire process. He helped us both understand and explore what we liked and didn't like in houses, then helped find what was around which suited those needs. Then when we couldn't find something that was just right, he was incredibly encouraging for us to be both patient and be diligent. Long story short, Romie is awesome!

Marie was very helpful throughout the entire process. As first-time home buyers, she gave us plenty of information that made everything simple to understand, she answered any questions we had, was upfront about all the qualities, both good and not so good, of the homes we visited. We had a deadline to get a house, and she did everything she could to make sure we closed and got the keys by then. Very wonderful to work with and very reliable. I'm incredibly grateful for all her hard work and efforts.

That’s when I connected with Troy, and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, he was approachable, genuine, and incredibly attentive to my needs.
