We had a great experience working with Gokce during our home-buying process. She was always warm, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. Marie is an extremely dedicated and profoundly professional, caring, and tentative to your needs. Marie was able to make a greatly stressful experience and make it personal and exciting. Her knowledge and experience made making decisions quite simple and we were able to close within a month of beginning our journey. She was a fantastic negotiator and she had our backs every step of the way. Even now, after closing she continues to stay connected and answer any questions myself or my wife may have. I worked with Chris’s associate Marie Maron, who was outstanding to work with. She negotiated some really tricky situations with ease and expertise during our listing, which allowed us to get $15,000 more than asking with no inspection, multiple offers, in one week on the market, and close early to a lovely family. She has a great network of stagers, painters, movers, etc which truly help in selling your home in the easiest way possible. She is very friendly, understanding, and professional.
