Maria was greatly responsive, friendly and was professional throughout the whole process. I toured a lot of homes, and she was able to line them up for me to view efficiently. She also gave me a variety of options, suggested looking at listings I hadn't considered before, and as a first time homebuyer, this helped me understand my wants and needs more. Considering I only had about 5~6 weeks to close and move in time, it was no small feat getting things processed and pushed through from viewing to closing.

We had an excellent experience working with Stephanie Singletary. She really encouraged us to "do our homework before buying", arranging for us to see comparable properties at different price points and in different conditions so we could understand the true value of our choice. What stood out most was when she arranged for a contractor to meet us and walk through the property we ended up purchasing. This gave us a critical opportunity to discuss potential future work and costs, which helped us think through our renovation timeline and budget. A comfort working with Stephanie was that her genuine care for the community is obvious. She's actively involved and clearly invested in the neighborhood and families that live here. She kept us informed throughout the process, offered solid advice, and showed real knowledge of the market. We cannot recommend Stephanie enough, and feel very fortunate to have worked with her.

Anna is reliable, communicative, and thorough. When we were selling our home, we unfortunately worked with a different realtor before being lucky enough to find Anna. Her presentations and comps were unbelievably thorough. No other realtor we worked with came close to the level of detail and understanding of the neighborhood she showed. You would not expect someone as incredibly warm and friendly she is to also be able to have tough conversations with grace--she threaded the needle! We will be working with her again and again. She put our interests before her own and worked flexibly with our inflexible schedule.

I can't say enough good things about Scott! He helped me both buy my current home and sell my previous one, and both experiences were top-notch. Scott really listened to what I was looking for when buying, and he didn't waste my time showing me places that weren't a good fit. When it came to selling, he gave me great advice on staging and pricing, and we got an offer I was really happy with. He's super professional, always responsive, and really knows his stuff.
