My name is Richard and I met Stephanie through a close friend of mine when I found out that I got promoted into a management position in another State. Although my new position required that I relocate rather quickly, Stephanie was very able to successfully sell my home quickly, professionally, and even obtain me a profit into 10's of thousands of dollars. I had previously sold other houses and commercial property with the assistance of other realtors over the years, but my experience with Stephanie was clearly and unequivocally the best experience in a real estate transaction I have ever experienced because not only is she profoundly knowledgeable in current market conditions and assessing the value of my home, she was open, honest, and transparent in all of her dealings with me. One methodology that I also saw her employ, that puts her above the rest, is that she strategically set the "open house" showing on the best day of the week to maximize the maximum amount of showings with minimal inconvenience to my schedule. I very much appreciated that! Finally, I will say that although I have moved out of Kentucky (for now), Stephanie has taken the time to stay in contact and has shown that she still cares about her former clients. As an attorney, whenever I review ratings of professionals online, I sometimes wonder if they are staged. This one is not. We recently sold our home with Stephanie Kelemen as our real estate agent and were extremely pleased with her services. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and masterful in guiding us through the whole process. We were confidant that Stephanie was working with our best interests in mind and that her advice was sound. We were also very pleased with her assistant, Emily, who kept us up-to-date and was always kind and gracious. Stephanie and Emily were always available if we had questions and listened to our input. We would highly recommend Stephanie to family and friends.

Stephanie was amazing at helping us find a home that met all our needs! She showed us several houses until we found the right one for our family! She gave us several suggestions on where to look that helped us expand our search area. She kept us informed every step of the closing process and made sure all of our questions were answered! I would highly recommend Stephanie to everyone!!

Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with! Always quick to respond and I could tell she really had my best interest in mind. She definitely made my home-buying experience much less stressful, especially since this was my first home-buying experience, and she was willing to walk me through all of the little details that I wasn't sure about. I honestly wish I knew more people who were looking to move, so that I could refer her to Stephanie and her office

We have bought and sold a house with Stephanie twice in Lexington. She listens and understands what we are wanting. The houses we bought were her recommendations and we loved them both. She has our back in pricing and negotiating too. Wouldn’t use a different realtor in Lexington.
