If your looking for a realtor, look no further. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone. She listened to what we wanted and was very knowledgeable of what was available which didn't waste our time with looking at houses that weren't what we were interested in. We found our new home in 2 weeks of really looking. Stephanie was there every step of the way, keeping us updated and informed about everything. She genuinely cares about her clients and making sure they are happy with their purchase.

I would definitely recommend Stephanie. Being a first time home buyers we had no idea what to do or how to do it. Stephanie walked us through it every step of the way. No matter what it was or how crazy I got she was there. We would not have a house if it wasn't for her. Thank you Stephanie we now have the perfect house for our family and our kids are so happy. If you want the very best you will use Stephanie Giordano. My wife and I contacted her on Zillow and she called us back within 5 minutes. We told her we were first time home buyers and we were lost in the process. Stephanie had us into her offer for a first time home buyer consultation. Stephanie explain what to expect during our home buying process. We told her we had not been lender approved and she told us that she was a mortgage broker as well as a Real Estate broker. Within our first appointment we knew what we were qualified for and felt like we were in the best hands. Stephanie spent 3 months with us looking at over 70 homes. I thought she would give up on us but she always smiled and said " I am here with you to the very end" Finally she found us our dream home, but it doesn't stop there. She got us the home for an amazing price. Her negotiating skills were fantastic. My wife and I thank our lucky stars to have found her. We closed on our home and a month later I had some more questions and she came to our home and sat with us again and answered all of them. Thank you so very much Stephanie!!! We will never forget your hard work and will always refer you to anyone who asks!!! YOU ARE THE VERY BEST!!!!!
