I hit the jackpot when I picked Missy Aronow as my agent. Not only was she a true real estate professional in every sense of the word, but she also guided me through the Holbrook / Ronkonkoma real estate market where I wanted to purchase a new home. Larry McKenna is a consummate professional ! I reached out to Larry to sell my Mothers home in Holbrook NY. At this time I was on my own, fully engaged in the tedious project of getting it ready to sell. Larry exceeded my expectations of what I assumed a Realtors role was as a sellers agent. Words are not enough to describe Missy's expertise, professionalism, and grace. As new arrivals from California, the New York real-estate landscape was both confusing and overwhelming. But with utmost clarity, focus, and insight, Missy understood what we needed and wanted in a home; she steered us through the market when it was at its most frenzied, helping us to find our "forever home". She was there throughout, from pre-approval to closing -- even when prospects were few and far between, she provided steadfast support and lighthearted humor. Larry did an excellent job helping us sell our house. He was very attentive and always responded within minutes to any of our questions. He listed the house and we had many people interested right away. He was willing to accommodate all prospective buyers by setting up private appointments in addition to the open houses. He was easy to work with and explained every step of the process. He listed the house on a Wednesday and by Monday we were in contract. His partner Missy was very involved right from the start and the communication between us all was fantastic.
