We were living out of state when we needed to put our house in Holbrook N.Y. on the market. To no avail, Larry and his partner were there every step of the way. They made sure they were in constant communication because we couldn’t be there in person. If there was any decision to be made, they brought it to our attention and we came up with a decision together to ensure we were happy with the outcome. It sold very quickly after marketing it properly, and it was a smooth transition without any hiccups. We sold our home well over the asking price without having to worry about the transaction. Trust was a key component with us, and we could not have been happier. We would give Larry and his partner a 10 out of 10 and would work with Larry again.
