Words are not enough to describe Missy's expertise, professionalism, and grace. As new arrivals from California, the New York real-estate landscape was both confusing and overwhelming. But with utmost clarity, focus, and insight, Missy understood what we needed and wanted in a home; she steered us through the market when it was at its most frenzied, helping us to find our "forever home". Larry did an excellent job helping us sell our house. He was very attentive and always responded within minutes to any of our questions. He listed the house and we had many people interested right away. He was willing to accommodate all prospective buyers by setting up private appointments in addition to the open houses. He was easy to work with and explained every step of the process. He listed the house on a Wednesday and by Monday we were in contract. His partner Missy was very involved right from the start and the communication between us all was fantastic.

Missy was available and extremely knowledgeable with assisting me with the sale of my father's house for his estate. I live out of state and she kept me in the loop every step. Miss was so easy to talk to. It wasn't just about the sale, she listened and understood why I wanted certain things the way I wanted them.
