Dorrie definately earned this 5-Star review. Dorrie was very clear on what to expect during the selling process. She explained where the market was at and she had us price our home just perfectly. She prepared a detailed portfolio that highlighted it so that we got very positive feedback from prospective buyers. She had it sold within one 3-hour open house. We would highly recommend Dorrie to everyone who wants and expects a smooth process. Home selling and buyer can be very difficult now, but with Dorrie it's not.

Dorrie Hamill Capizzi is the best real estate agent we ever worked with! She has tons of expertise and knowledge with all aspects of real estate sales/purchases and went above and beyond to help us sell our house at much more than what we expected to get. She responds to all questions right away and was very kind and helpful to us through every stage of the sales process. She always kept us informed and assisted us whenever we needed it. For example, she gave us excellent recommendations for professionals to clean the rugs and floors in our house in preparation for selling it. Each of these professionals did excellent work at at a very affordable price. We could not have prepared our house to sell at the price we got had it not been for Dorrie's help. Dorrie would be the only real estate agent we would use in the future for selling or purchasing a home. We cannot thank Dorrie enough for helping us sell our home. Thank you so much Dorrie!

Dorrie did a fantastic job. She went above and beyond to ensure a perfect sale. Her negotiating skill really made this deal happen. She took care of finding help to resolve some repairs at the property because i was a remote seller. Dorrie took the time to periodically check on the property during the course of the sale. I commend Dorrie for the outstanding effort she made to get this sale finalized. I highly recommend Dorrie to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I highly recommend Dorrie as a real estate agent. She knows her stuff, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and guided me through the entire process from start to finish. She ended up dealing with a difficult demanding buyer and handled things professionally. I wouldn't have completed the sale without her. Kudos!!

Dorrie was professional, courteous and kind throughout the process. She presented a thorough market analysis when we first interviewed her. She helped us to understand the market and to price the house appropriately so that we could sell it in a timely fashion. She held a few Open Houses which helped us to find the appropriate buyer. She communicated every step of the way and made the experience so much easier to navigate than most other realtors we worked with in the past. We recommend her most highly!!
