Lina and her entire team made the entire process for selling my parent’s house a breeze. They worked closely with me every step of the way and the communication between us was so perfect! This team truly exhibits the professionalism, care and the integrity of working with me in making the experience such a pleasant and positive one. They allowed me to communicate my desires and we all worked together so beautifully. They fully understood that this sale was emotionally difficult for me as I moved to the house only being 2 years old and had a fabulous life living there with my parents who are now both deceased. I also know that my parents are so proud that I chose this team to sell their home. This team truly exemplifies the epitome of class, high standards and honesty which is not something you find with all realtors. And we only had to have just one open house weekend and an offer was made in only a few days of the open house and was sold at higher than the asking price. Lina and her team did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. The transaction was very professional and extremely smooth. Communication throughout the process was excellent. All of the photos, videos and drone work showcased our home beautifully. Lina exceeded out expectations and I would strongly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a property.

Zahavah is a true professional. She was patient in finding us the right house in the right location at a price we had agreed upon. We would up selling our home in less than a week due to her assistance in arranging appointments and preparing our house to show. She always returned phone calls and texts within a short period of time and made the process less stressful than it could have been. She connected us with a good Inspection person as well as a lawyer who all worked as a team.. Although we only met her Team Leader, Lina, once or twice she was also very helpful. Would wholeheartedly recommend Zahavah without reservation.
