After interviewing a few brokers to sell our home, we decided to go with Lina and her team which proved to be the best decision ever!!! From the moment we met, Lina was extremely professional, positive and knowledgeable of the area and its value. She advised us to list the home for well above what the other brokers suggested and not only was she spot on with the pricing, she got us a bidding war where we settled above list price in less than 2 weeks!!! Lina was so thorough that we were able to close exactly 2 months from the initial listing of the home. Lina kept us informed throughout the process and answered any and all questions expeditiously. Selling our home was such a pleasure thanks to Lina and the entire Lopes team! Highly recommend this team of professionals

Zahavah helped us buy our new home and sell our old home. She was extremely patient and knowledgable. She found us multiple homes in our price range and location of interest and helped us negotiate a deal when we found our dream home! We also felt zahavah really understood the housing market and the right values of homes. When we sold our home, she made sure everything went perfect every step of the way from taking the photos to the open house to the closing. We couldn’t of done the sale or purchase without her! I can’t say enough about how easy she had made the process of both buying and selling a home for us.

Long Island's best real estate professional! Maresca assisted me and my mom in selling my grandmother's house after she passed away. Throughout the whole process she was professional, dedicated, sensitive, personable, patient and the right choice for us. As we live outside of the United States, managing this sale process remotely was not a problem thanks to Marsca's responsiveness and support. I feel so lucky to have worked with Kim. She was so helpful from beginning to end. Any questions or concerns were always welcomed and responded to quickly.
