Zahavah completely changed our homebuying experience. After years of navigating this volatile market as first time homebuyers my husband and I were feeling defeated. I can’t recommend Kim enough. She made the entire condo buying process so smooth and was always incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. It was clear from day one that she genuinely cared and had my best interests in mind. Even after closing, she continued to check in and offer support, which really shows the kind of person she is. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and I’m so grateful to have worked with her. Kim is an amazing agent! Selling and purchasing a new property can be daunting! Kim was with us every step of the way. She broke down the process for us so it wasn’t so overwhelming. Kim is extremely is patient! She was great in helping us find the right community and home for us. Kim always made her self available to us and was a pleasure to work with. As to the selling side, she has an incredible team! Kim and her team marketed our property in a way where we had an insane number of offers! We had a signed contract in days for more than we thought we would get. My wife and I would highly recommend Kim and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!
