Eric helped sell my father's house. The home was in a poor state of repair, Eric discussed goals with me, and after understanding my needs, listed the house for a fair, quick sale price. He knew just where to price the home, and even had local connections to get buyers lined up quickly. He negotiated on my behalf to convince the buyer to accept the home, as is, a key need for me.
