We looked for a home for over a year and Starlene had the most pacience of any real estate agent I have ever worked with. She must have showed us 20 houses before we found our new home.

Starlene is a very responsive, reliable, well informed, kind and honest agent acting promptly on what needs to be done to facilitate a deal. She provides well researched info. about the market, assists in coming up with a realistic price for the property, initiates and follows through negotiations and is an excellent resource helping with the preparation of contracts. She has been my agent for my last two property purchases and has been kind enough to rent out these properties without any rent loss.

Starlene was patient above all. We looked at about 100 homes over a period of one year, she provided valuable info, referrals for inspectors, and was always available and willing to help. Still working with her on purchase of a summer home.

Buying a Home should be a stressful endeavor, your putting yourself out there on a very long limb. What can make this experience less stressful? Having the right guide. Someone with confidence,empathy,energy, insight and experience. I felt like Starlene was making the purchase of this home with me not for me. The Maytag repair man should be so good. I will refer anyone to Starlene knowing that her performance will be a great reflection of my integrity and creditability. Starlene dose live up to the standard of being called a Professional.
