Stacy and her team at CalRes are amazing! She brings enthusiasm and professionalism that really made our home selling experience as stress free and enjoyable as it could be. Stacy and Maria in particular walked us through the entire process of selling our home, and did a masterful job at everything, from staging the house, creating online buzz with expert photos and videos, to the endless back-to-back appointments on walkthrough weekend that led to us selling our house for way more than we expected when we began the process. Stacy is a great communicator, she kept us well-informed and well-prepared, making sure we provided all the disclosures information completely, and knew what was the next step throughout the entire process, both before and after the sale. Stacy gave us great advice when it came time to choosing an offer in order to maximize the opportunity, we couldn't have been happier with the service she and the team provided!

Working with Stacy Gardner as my realtor was amazing. She handled the purchase of my new home in Fallbrook and the sale of my home in Carlsbad. She patiently drove me all around Fallbrook and the surrounding areas to find me a new home that is perfect for me and my kids. Any time I had questions, Stacy was prompt and thorough with the responses. She was able to arrange things so that once I put an offer in on the new house and it was accepted, we got my Carlsbad home ready to go on the market in short order. She checked in frequently to make sure I was not too stressed, but on track to get the house on the market. Once we did, she sold my home in one day of being on the market with multiple offers at or above asking price. While it is evident that Stacy loves what she does and understands the market well, she truly was my partner in making both sales happen. She gave great advice, shared contact information of people who could help offload my "to do" list, and negotiated the purchase of the new house and the sale of the old one with results that were far better than I hoped for. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants the job done right.

We worked with Stacy in the sale of our home in Carlsbad. She was great to work with and always on top of all the details. We achieved a record price for the house in the neighborhood. Stacy and the team from CalRes made the experience super easy. If we needed anything or anybody, she would find it/them for us and go out of her way to be there if we were not able to. Being in Covid-19 times we always felt safe after showings since everything was cleaned and sanitized after each visit. Thank you, Stacy and Team CalRes, for this experience. We will be calling you if we need a new home in the future and we will recommend you to friends and family.

When I was looking to purchase a property in Carlsbad several months ago, I didn't know any of the local Realtors. When I began asking people if they would be able to recommend anyone, I was introduced to Stacy, chose her to be my Realtor, and am thrilled with my decision to hire her!! She was a joy to work with. Being a Carlsbad local, she is extremely knowledgeable about all of the various neighborhoods in and around Carlsbad and what each of those neighborhoods have to offer, in addition to also knowing the entire North Country San Diego area really well. She worked so hard to help me find the perfect place, in the area where I ultimately wanted to be. The best part though, was my not having to worry or stress about a thing during the process from start to finish. Stacy and her associates at CalRes lined up and handled everything for me, every step of the way! The experience turned out to be so easy , and went so smoothly, without any of the anxiety that one would normally expect during the purchase of a home. Stacy made sure that all of the necessary people needed during the home buying process, were at the ready, to do their respective parts efficiently and in an incredible professional manner. I could not be happier!!

Stacy worked with us in the sale of a rental property and the purchase of a new investment property. (1031 Like exchange) She was responsive, positive, detail oriented, worked well with the buyer's agent, and got us the highest price ever for the condo we sold. I highly recommend Stacy if you are buying or selling.
