Sandy is a gem of a realtor and a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciated her communication skills, keeping us in the loop for current & upcoming steps so we’d know what to expect. I sold my home through her, and also jointly purchased a new one with my mother. My mother listed her home, as well, so we had 3 transactions at once. She got me full asking price, and negotiated a significant amount off of our new home, as well aa extra items in the contract. The new house needed some work before we moved in & Sandy recommended quality contractors who were able to get the job done, even setting up some quotes herself to ensure we kept on track for our move in date. She truly goes above & beyond, I would highly recommend her whether you’re buying or selling, she works very hard on your behalf and her great personality is a bonus! ??

The MOST Amazing Realtor.. I can’t not say enough wonderful things about Sandy!! She went above and beyond in so many ways, was detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable, & trustworthy. I am so grateful to have found her. She really is a cut above the rest & that is definitely what you need in a realtor!! Outstanding human!! :)

Sandy was the perfect realtor for us. She was beyond helpful but one of the things we valued the most, is her honesty. She told us what to expect since the first day but also gave us great advice about our home. She's extremely professional, and even for the more difficult questions she did any necessary research when needed, to help us. Our home was in the market during the purple tier of covid-19 restrictions and Sandy always made sure we and the buyers were well aware of the safety requirements. We could not have been more happy and satisfied for using Sandy as our realtor to sell our home. Thanks you Sandy.

From start to finish, Sandy was there with us to help us find our home. Anything we needed or did not understand, she was there to help us. I was impressed with her understanding of the current market and what we needed to do to get our house.
