Christa was amazing during our house buying process! She is so chill while shopping, zero pressure, extremely available, and once we found the perfect house which was out of budget she found different ways to still make this dream home happen for us. We are grateful to have found Kyle. He has a relaxed and easy way of communicating, but proved to be a strong negotiator for us when it mattered and extremely knowledgeable no matter what we needed. He was always easy to contact, even when important steps fell on holidays. He was proactive and reached out to us regularly to check in, even when there was nothing needed from our end. When parts of the process were stressful, he'd step in and be the problem solver. His contacts and recommendations ended up getting us a great home, a great loan rate, and he's continuing to support us as we look for resources to make this place our own. I couldn't imagine reaching closing on-time without the work he put in to make it happen!

She had us at hello!! We knew from initial consultation that Serri and team were who we wanted to represent us- best call we could have made. Serri's expertise in real estate and marketing is exceptional. Her counsel with home prep, and her management of staging, photography and advertising was strictly first class. Her office staff, including escrow adjudication, was a reflection of her professionalism- kind, courteous, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to help.
