Rene did an amazing job as my realtor! The listing agent was not helpful and Rene even began assisting the seller to make the whole process smooth. I received excellent updates and after I closed she made sure to follow up on the final items, weeks later, to make sure everything was buttoned up. When I had questions, she knew all the answers right away or found out within a day.

Silove did an amazing job helping us close on our home. She was exceptionally skilled in finding and market research. She took initiative to personally knock on doors and talk with homeowners about impending foreclosures on our behalf. Ultimately, a home came back on the market with a price drop that we had previously looked over, and she worked over the Christmas break to help us tour the home and put in an offer. It was a short-sale, which turned out to be much more of a headache than we anticipated. She did an amazing job building a rapor with the seller’s agent who was initially not very communicative. This ended up making the difference as we encountered challenge after challenge and needed the sellers to move mountains in a timely fashion. She was extremely responsive and maintained a group text between me and my lender so nothing stayed stagnant. As a short-sale, the home was purchased as-is so there was no traditional negotiations. However, she compiled a compelling offer that made us the most attractive candidate at the lowest price they were willing to accept, which was an incredible deal. I thought of giving her a 4-star on process expertise because she hadn’t gone through a full short-sale from beginning to end before, but the results speak for themselves: we closed escrow on a short-sale in 60 days. Short-sales typically take 3-6 months. This was done on a complicated transaction that in addition to the short-sale included solar transfer, HOA, two unmarried sellers who lived across the country, and an extremely unresponsive seller’s bank. Not only did she get the job done, but she was friendly, helpful, and professional through the entire process. She recommended an affordable home inspector and termite treatment provider that saved us over $1,000. With all that said, what I appreciated most about Silove was her willingness to honor my request that she not work Sundays to help us get into our home. This was really important to me, and I believe it made all the difference.

As buyers, we were especially impressed by how she fought for us during the post-inspection phase, ensuring that repairs and credits were handled fairly. She truly goes above and beyond expectations—always available for tours and even surprising us with a thoughtful move-in celebration complete with balloons! If you want a realtor who is proactive and will fiercely advocate for your interests, we cannot recommend Silove enough.
