Josh did a fantastic job helping us find and purchase our home. Our situation was protracted since we were also selling an existing residence out of state. Josh thoroughly understood our circumstances. Josh kept in contact with us and our house selling situation and kept us up to date on homes that would meets our wants, desires and needs and even would physically review and walk through some of them to provide us a better understanding of what’s available. Long story short, our house sold, we found a house here in the Franklin area, Josh was with us every inch of the way. From the very first day we reached out, Kyle was on it—he scheduled two home tours that were right within our budget and got the ball rolling fast. As first-time buyers, my wife and I had no idea what to expect, but Kyle made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
