We had the pleasure of working with Dianne A. not once, but twice—first when she helped us buy our very first home 15 years ago, and most recently when she helped us sell it. From the beginning of the selling process, she went above and beyond. She helped us find reliable contractors to get the house ready, negotiated fair pricing with them, and even lent us decorations to help stage the home. Her advice on what improvements would make the biggest difference was incredibly helpful. She hosted open houses almost every weekend and arranged private showings to make sure our home had great exposure. Throughout the entire process, she kept us updated on the market, guided us with honest feedback, and proved to be an excellent negotiator when it came time to close the deal. Dianne was amazing as our buyers agent. I had a list of houses I wanted to see and as we toured them, she asked what I liked about them. She did her research and the next time we met she showed us homes that ended up being even better matches for what we were looking for. We ended up in newer houses that had better features. During our tours she asked questions that I didn't think of and we found the right home for us. She was an amazing negotiator and with her help we got an amazing deal on our new home. I have never been happier with a real estate agent. She is a ROCK STAR!

Gina was the best agent I have ever worked with. She was very attentive to my needs. Gina was ablel to sell my house in Carlsbad, and find my new home in Lake San Marcos. All done it 3 weeks. From listing my home to closing escrows on old residence and my new home. She was incredible and so responsive. She would call me back in minutes after I left a message. Walked me through a very stressful move. Especially dealing with 3 contingencies on sale of home. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a very professional agent. I'd give her 10 stars if allowed
