Gina was the best agent I have ever worked with. She was very attentive to my needs. Gina was ablel to sell my house in Carlsbad, and find my new home in Lake San Marcos. All done it 3 weeks. From listing my home to closing escrows on old residence and my new home. She was incredible and so responsive. She would call me back in minutes after I left a message. Walked me through a very stressful move. Especially dealing with 3 contingencies on sale of home. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a very professional agent. I'd give her 10 stars if allowed

Diane is a great agent and a very good person. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who can make a sometimes stressful event very enjoyable and easy. She personable, always accessible, has strong knowledge of the industry and great negotiating skills. When we first spoke about my desire to purchase, she immediately engaged, heard my list of "must haves", understood the importance of my time line then provided me with several listings to see. When my first choice didn't work out, she found quickly found "The One", (which was better than the others I'd seen), and kept us marching forward. She advised me on requests to make during the purchase negotiation as well as reminded me of actions that still need to be taken. She made me feel comfortable and confident and she remains extremely attentive and is available whenever I have questions or needs.

Diane is so incredibly professional and accommodating. She’s very patient and she really wants what’s best for you as the seller and the buyer. She is definitely “get the job done“ type of person. Very energetic and with great great ideas. I would recommend her to anyone and I’m so glad that I used her to sell my home. It was a very, very good experience.
