Stacy is incredible. It was apparent from the get-go that she had my best interest in mind and was in no way rushed to make a sale. She knew exactly what I was looking for in a home and never steered me wrong. I trusted her judgement completely because of her past work as an appraiser and her extensive history as a broker, and now I own a house that I LOVE! She actually made the home-buying experience so enjoyable that I missed our frequent chats after the house purchase! Fantastic professional and unparalleled individual.

Stacy was amazing! She was organized, responsive and really enjoyable to spend a few days with. We will absolutely work with her again and recommend her highly. We were impressed with the following - Stacy picked us up with a printed binder of our 12 favorite places: she had scheduled appointments to see each of them over our two day house hunting and had a map and itinerary ready to go - We had plenty of time in each place, there was no rush to get from one house to the next. Stacy encouraged us to get to know each place - After a few houses, Stacy understood what we were looking for and was able to tell which houses we'd like and made some quick changes to places we saw - We never felt pressured to buy. Stacy wanted us to find something we loved and did not pressure us to make an offer - When we found a place we loved, Stacy did extensive research on the comparables, asking vs accepted prices in the neighborhood, and other factors to determine our offer price. Her strategy worked perfectly - the offer was accepted within 24 hours! - Stacy coordinated the purchase process (we are out of town, so this was especially helpful) with the title co, loan officer, and other agent. She kept us informed throughout the process, checking in a few times to make sure we felt comfortable and see if we had questions - Stacy went by the house several times to check on move out and cleaning status (even after close, when her job was officially done) - After move out and cleaning, Stacy took a video of the house all cleared out so we could see how it looked<br/><br/>This was our first purchase and we could not have had a better experience. -

Stacy was amazing! We stumbled upon Stacy as an accident but her honesty and moral values struck us and we knew she would be our realtor. She helped us thru a very difficult home buying process which included investing in inspections on one house to see it be a money pit to the house we ended up with having tough negotiations. <br/><br/>She got us in our home, kept our moral up and was always available to us. I am recommending her to any of my friends buying a house.

Stacy was wonderful! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! She is very knowledgable and realistic when it comes to home quality, price, and investment opportunities. She treated us as if we were her only client and really put forth the attention needed to find the right place. Austin currently has a crazy market and to find the perfect house it takes someone who will act fast when opportunities arise. I will definitely use Stacy to by my next house!
