Searching for your forever home can be extremely difficult when you are out of state. My husband and I had done much research and knew whatwe wanted. When we lost our first bid on a home, we were devastated . Then we found Stacy. Stacy listened and understood that we were serious buyers . Every newlisting in IRb that met our criteria, was communicated immediately. We saw Stacy’s posting, put our offer in the same day. ONLY 2 days later, our offer was accepted. Stacy worked extremely hard (on all ends) to ensure a timely closing. It happened. Tying all loose ends with the seller, seller’s realtor, banks, title companies, etc. This whole happy experience occurred with meeting Stacy only once! Kudos Stacy!

True professional! Easy to work with, honest and straightforward. She is realistic and works diligently and hard to achieve success for you. Makes the selling process as easy and as painless as possible. She is a good listener and on top of her game. We would thoroughly recommend Stacy. We have used her to buy and to sell.
